Highlights: This new Elementary School consists of a two-story academic wing of 50,000 SF connected to an adjacent one-story wing housing administrative areas, cafeteria, art, and gymnasium space with 28,000 SF.  Construction consists of steel framing bearing on cast-in-place concrete foundations.  The structure is braced by a combination of steel concentric brace frames and reinforced masonry shear walls.
